Hi! I am looking for someone who is in need for a room to rent The room: The room is a split level room, the mezzanine has a 180x200 bed with brand new matras and downstairs you have your own livingroom with wardrobe, couch, desk etc. The Kitchen and bathroom are the only things shared. The kitchen is fully stocked incl. Cute cups and plates and such (I’m a sucker for nice table settings and cocktail glasses so there’s loads of that), new Nespresso machine, new oven that goes to 300C, and all cooking/baking gadgets you might need. It also has a little breakfast nook with stools to sit at and a big fridge and freezer. Loads of cupboard space as well. There is a large hallway with space for extra storage as well as a small outdoors area with space for seating, plants, etc. Bathroom has a bath and shower, the toilet is separate. There’s nice towels, a samsung washing machine. Location The apartment is in 6 district right next to Andrassy, 15 minute walk from Varosliget and 10 minute walk from Oktogon in a quiet neighborhood with loads of cute coffee places and wine bars. There is a Lidl nearby as well as organic grocery stores and a fresh bakery. The M1 stops right outside the door and city center is a 15 minute walk, so although it’s a quiet neiborhood you’re also one street away from city life. Who you’d be living with I’m Steff, from the Netherlands, and live here with my dog Olive. I work as an illustrator and designer and spend a lot of time riding horses, going out for drinks, food, dancing, and walking Olive. What I am looking for is a student or working professional that doesn’t mind living with a dog, and perhaps has some overlapping interests. No pets, no smokers. Price is ... excl.
