The center of the city, Deák Ferenc square is less than 5 minutes walk away, while the Ferenciek Tere metro station, the most popular ruin bars, and other major attractions downtown are also easily accessible. The apartment is in close proximity to several restaurants and activities - everything is within walking distance. Important information: Utility costs are house fees included in the rent prices up until the average consumption defined by the Hungarian Law; which is 144 m3 gas and 210 kWh electricity per month. The tenant shall pay the cost of the extra consumption based on the monthly bills that we receive after each completed calendar month.
