Your host is fluent in English and has personal experience as a student abroad. The host resides in a nearby flat within the same building. Please note that the other room in the apartment may be occupied by other tenants. The condominium fee is not included in the rent. The monthly rent is 800 euros for one person, with an additional 200 euros if the room is rented by two persons (specified as "other optional costs"). A deposit of 1600 euros is required at check-in and will be returned at the end of the stay if no damage has occurred to the property.
