The building has a community pool open from March to November for the exclusive use of guests. In addition, the building has a private garage with capacity for one car per apartment. The Arruzafa area is an exclusive residential area of ​​Cordoba, where we find a wide variety of restaurants, supermarkets and leisure areas. The historic center of Cordoba is only 2 km away, and can be easily reached by public transport since there is a bus stop very close to the apartment. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month.
