The flat is placed on a 4th floor and is very spacious and bright. The building has elevator. It has 4 rooms and two bathrooms recently renewed (one of these is private for one of the rooms) and a toilet. Three of the rooms are single and the other one is a double room with twin single size beds, that is the one with the private bathroom. Very spacious living-room, with large windows and air conditioner/heating appliance. The kitchen is also very big and is very well equipped: it has a fridge, washing machine, microwave and oven. 5 minutes away from the train and bus stations with direct connections to Rabanales Campus. 10 minutes away from the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters. 20 minutes away from the Faculty of Law. It is placed right in the shopping city center. Contact via private message before making the reservation. Administration costs: 85€. If you are going to arrive to Córdoba out of office hours and you want to go into the flat immediately we will send one person to open the door with a cost of 15€ (from Mondays to Fridays) or 25€ (weekends). These prices are per person.
