It is located on the first floor with elevator and is a perfect choice for a couple looking for a romantic weekend. Arranged on two levels, the apartment boasts a design that combines the historical charm of wooden beamed ceilings with modern comforts. Downstairs you will find a cozy living room, complete with dining table, sofa and a well-equipped kitchenette with all the main utensils and appliances such as microwave, electric kettle, oven and toaster. On the upper floor, an intimate sleeping area with a double bed and a bathroom with shower will ensure you relax. Borgo San Jacopo is also equipped with air conditioning and independent heating, it also includes a washing machine and a TV. In this district you will find monuments, gardens, museums and palaces unique in the world such as Palazzo Pitti, the Basilica of Santo Spirito, the Bardini Garden, the Boboli Garden and various workshops of artisans, goldsmiths, restorers, antique shops, small bars and taverns that make the Oltrarno area of Florence one of the most authentic and fascinating. We remind you that the apartment is located in Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL). Extra: The costs for utilities (water, electricity and gas) are the responsibility of the tenant for the period of stay. Contract registration fees: Stamp duty: 32 Euro Registration Tax: 1% of reservation total Tax Code service Agency fee (for Foreigners only) : 30 Euro Registration Tax Agency service: 25 Euro Utilities costs, to be paid on consumption at checkout Extra cleanings upon request (if any) To confirm the reservation, a non-refundable downpayment of 30% of the total stay and cleaning costs is required. The balance of the remaining 70% is to be paid anytime within 15 days of the check-in date. If the stay will not be fully paid by then, the reservation is cancelled and the paid 30% is charged. Damage deposit for the apartment: Euro 1.000 The amount is to be refunded after 7 working days, if all utilities are fully paid and no damage is found by our Staff.
