The living room has a comfortable double sofa bed. There are air conditioning, wi-fi, iron, hair dryer, refrigerator, toaster and microwave. The heating is autonomous. You will have the advantage of staying in the heart of the city, close to fine restaurants, famous night clubs and being close to various culturale sities.In short, what awaits you is a unique and fascinating place in a privileged location!!!

CANCELLATION TERMS

Pre check-in cancellation

  • 60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
  • Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
  • Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

  • The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
  • If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
