Large private double room in apartment located in a stately building, in the city centre, in via Sant'Egidio, 5 minutes by foot from Piazza Duomo, 10 minutes from Piazza San Marco and Santa Croce Church. Area well served by public transport, close to supermarkets, shops, restaurants, pubs. Ideal choice for students wishing to live in the city center. - 2 large double room - 3 bathrooms with a shower or bathtub - 1 living / dining area - kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking and 2 fridges - 2 double rooms - 2 Single rooms The apartment has all the comforts: - oven - microwave - fridge - washing machine - LED TV - Wi-Fi Internet - Heating - Air conditioning The bills for water, electricity, gas, taxes, a periodic cleaning are included. Washing machine, air conditioning, TV, oven, microwave. Cleaning of the apartment: the tenants are required to keep the apartment clean and in good condition, the staff will regularly check that this is respected; a cleaning lady will come periodically to clean all the common areas (kitchen, living room, bathrooms, stairs, garden). The cost is €15/hour to divide between each tenant of the apartment if she takes more than one hour because of damages or because the apartment is really dirty. Detailed description of the payments (one person in the room): Upon booking: one month that is the deposit (800€). This will be given back at the departure (calculated possible damages to be detracted) Upon arrival: one month rent 950€/month that includes Wi-Fi, utilities (water, electricity, gas, taxes, a periodic cleaning. heating, condo expenses...) + admin fee 450€ once for the lenght of the contract (for our services: availability in case of emergencies, help for your first steps in Florence, consultancies in case of need, ordinary maintenance...) Then, every month, (within the first 5 days of each month), the rent is due. (950€) Extras: Registration of the rental contract: there is a fee due for registration of the rental contract and make it legal in Italy so that you are totally covered for any kind of reason. This cost is divided between us and the tenants. For stays up to six months, it is approximatively €50 each.
