Cleaning of the apartment: the tenants are required to keep the apartment clean and in good condition, the staff will regularly check that this is respected; a cleaning lady will come once a week to clean all the common areas (kitchen, living room, bathrooms, stairs, garden). The cost is €15/hour to divide between each tenant of the apartment if she takes more than one hour because of damages or because the apartment is really dirty. Detailed description of the payments (one person in bedroom): Upon booking: one month that is the deposit (800€). This will be given back at the departure (calculated possible damages to be detracted) Upon arrival: one month rent 900€/month that includes Wi-Fi, utilities (water, electricity, gas, taxes, a periodic cleaning. heating, condo expenses...) + admin fee 450€ once for the lenght of the contract (for our services: availability in case of emergencies, help for your first steps in Florence, consultancies in case of need, ordinary maintenance...) Then, every month, (within the first 5 days of each month), the rent is due. (900€)
