It is located very centrally in the Gallus district near the central station. From there you can reach every university in Frankfurt and after studying you’ll find things to do – all in walking distance. - What's included All-inclusive rent That’s water, electricity and gas included – and also WiFi. We want things to be as easy as possible for you. - High-speed broadband and Wi-Fi We offer you 40 MB broadband and WiFi included in your rent for several devices at the same time. - Bathroom Every apartment has its own modern en-suite bathroom, with shower, washbasin and toilet. - Laundry facilities on-site Washing machines and dryers are on-site as and when you need them (chargeable). - Secure bike storage facilities We offer you safe storage facilities for your bike. - Secure parcel storage You have your own mailbox for your letters and our residence team in the Management Office are happy to accept your parcels. - Roof terrace Enjoy the views from our roof terrace while tackling that revision or assignment. - Courtyard with green areas There is a courtyard with green areas for you and your friends to use. - Social spaces Spacious and well-equipped common rooms as well as study areas welcome you and your friends at any time of the day. - On-site service team A member of our team is available during office hours. Before a booking is confirmed from our side we will need a picture of a valid photo ID, a picture of a valid Visa for entry into Germany and a picture / upload of the “Immatrikulationsbescheinigung / student registration” For rental contracts of less than 6 months, the currently valid VAT of 7% will be added to the normal rental price. This will increase the rental price.
