The Cathedral is less than 1min walk away, the Alhambra is a 15/20min walk! You are surrounded by famous plazas such as Plaza de la Trinidad, Plaza La Romanilla, Plaza Bibrambla and more! The area is full of great places to have traditional Spanish food inside or out on charming terraces and the hop on/off sight seeing train stop is 1 min from the house. Honestly the location is AMAZING!

Pre check-in cancellation

  • 60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
  • Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
  • Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

  • The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
  • If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
