Renting out my 2-room flat in east Gothenburg from 25 August to mid-November because of exchange studies. The flat is fully furnished, and all small things in the pictures can be removed if preferred (wall decorations, books, etc.), but furniture and kitchen utilities need to be kept in the flat. Sorry for the dark photos from a gloomy December day, but I hope you get an idea :) 120cm bed (which currently is 2 mattresses on top of each other. If you are two persons not sharing the same bed, you can divide it and put one mattress in the day bed in the living room to have two beds in separate rooms instead.) Small dishwasher. Balcony. The washing machine is available to book in (hidden)ment. 4 min walk to Kviberg park and Kortedala torg tram stop. Convenient area with good food stores, pharmacy, etc. Everything is included in the rent except insurance, which you need to buy yourself. I imagine you need a temporary space while looking for a long-term contract; perhaps you have just started studying or working in Gothenburg. The most important factor for me is that you will be careful to take care of the space and be kind to my neighbours :) Smoking is forbidden, and pets and kids are not allowed. Feel free to invite people for dinner, but no parties or loud music.
