Es gibt eine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Kochfeld, Wasserkocher und Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine sowie einen kleinen Tisch mit zwei Stühlen. Das Badezimmer hat eine Dusche. Fön, Handtücher und Bettzeug sind vorhanden. Ein schöner Balkon gehört auch zur Wohnung. Ein Fernseher und kostenloses Wlan sind auch zur Verfügung. Auf Wunsch ist ein wöchentlicher Putz-, Handtuch- und Bettwäscheservice für € 66,00 pro Woche möglich. City-Tax: die Stadt Köln erhebt seit 01.12.2014 eine Kulturförderabgabe (Bettensteuer) in Höhe von 5% der Miete. Wir sind von der Stadt Köln somit verpflichtet worden diese von unseren Gästen mit privatem Aufenthalt einzufordern. Das Haus liegt im Pantaleonsviertel, ruhig aber sehr zentral.
