Es gibt einen Tisch mit zwei Stühlen und eine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank, Kochfeld, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und eine Kaffeemaschine. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet. Fön, Handtücher und Bettzeug sind vorhanden. Ein schöner Balkon gehört auch zur Wohnung. Ein Fernseher und kostenloses Wlan sind auch zur Verfügung. Auf Wunsch ist ein wöchentlicher Putz-, Handtuch- und Bettwäscheservice für € 66,00 pro Woche möglich. Das Haus liegt im Pantaleonsviertel, ruhig aber sehr zentral. The building is situated in the Pantaleon Neighborhood, quiet but right in the center of Cologne. The perfect starting point to explore all of the city. In the immediate vicinity, you will find everything you could ask for, supermarkets of all kind, from standard to exotic, traditional breweries, trendy bars and restaurants and even the oldest Jazz club of Cologne The central location of the apartment is ideal for students, new residents and professionals. The cathedral and main train station (Köln Hauptbahnhof) are only ten minutes away by subway. At the station Barbarossaplatz (200 meters) you will find the subway lines 12, 15, 16 and 18 that go in all directions.
