SERVICE APARTMENTS The tenants get full maintenance for the apartment (service 7 days per week) during the entire period of lease. There is a good internet connection in the building with many networks available, the speed of the connection is very fast and with an unlimited transfer of data (fiber internet connection). The Lessor can get for the tenants hand-sanitizers, home-sanitizers, face-masks, gloves, sanitizers and protective visors (upon request). Moreover, the Lessor can get for the tenants handmade fashion pochette-masks made in Italy (very trendy and fashion masks). LEGAL, BILLS, price. deposit The agreement of lease is available in Polish and English language. The bills can be paid either upon consumption or in a reach-out amount all inclusive. The deposit is only an amount withheld by the Lessor as collateral and a guarantee for the entire rental period. The security deposit is not a form of payment of the last monthly rent.
