The only additional expense is electricity. Apartment available for 6 months from end of december/January 2025 to June 2025. Note: the apartment will need to be shared with a very well-behaved little kitten (Matilde :) ) who will stay in the apartment for the 6 months. The apartment is our home, we are leaving it for 6 months due to a temporary opportunity abroad. It is fully furnished and wonderful.
