The air conditioning will make your stay pleasant at any time of the year, allowing you to enjoy the magical atmosphere even on the hottest or coldest days. And what about our four-legged friends? Yes, you got it right! Small pets are welcome in this studio because we believe that they too can experience the joy of exploring this corner of paradise with you. The Waves Paradise Home wants to make your arrival special, therefore you will find sheets and towels ready to welcome you and give you the comfort of a home away from home. To make you feel immediately at ease, you will also find a small welcome kit, with scented soap, shower gel, and a roll of toilet paper because your holiday deserves only the best. While the sun disappears on the horizon and the sky is tinged with a thousand shades of red, you can relax in an environment that combines the charm of architecture with attention to detail with the comfort of modern furnishings. The warm and enveloping light will invite you to leave all worries behind, leaving room only for your well-being and the pleasure of sharing special moments with your loved one. Waking up at Waves Paradise Home means opening your eyes to a breathtaking spectacle, with the intense blue of the sea waking you up every morning. The strategic location of the apartment will allow you to easily explore the lively city of Livorno, discovering its most suggestive corners and letting yourself be captivated by its authentic and welcoming character. So what are you waiting for? We await you with open arms to give you an exciting and enjoyable stay, where romance blends with the beauty of the sea. IMPORTANT: Security deposit and admin fee, for initial and final cleaning, must be transferred to the landlord a maximum of two weeks before the move-in date. RENTAL CONDITION: As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one week prior to check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied; The rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment; Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement; Internet Wi-Fi, water, building expenses, and contract registration costs are included in the rental price; If you wish to leave the flat earlier, you just need to inform us by giving a notice period of at least 21 days; Check-in time: every day from 3 pm to 9 pm; Check-out time: by 11 am. EXTRA PAYMENT: Once your reservation is confirmed, we will immediately be in touch with you to ask you to pay: the security deposit, equal to a month's rent, and the cleaning fee (cost starting from €175).

CANCELLATION TERMS

Pre check-in cancellation

60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
