Located a few steps from Place des Terreaux and the Lyon Opera, this high-end 100m² Carrez apartment (140m² floor space) is located on the 5th floor without elevator in an old building of character. It consists of an entrance which gives access to a first bedroom with a 90*200 single bed. This entrance opens onto a large living room with a lounge area with a TV and double sofa bed, a dining table and a fully equipped open kitchen. After the kitchen, there are two bedrooms, one with a 160*200 double bed and the other with two 90*200 single beds. A bathroom with a shower and WC completes the floor. In flexiblex, you will find a master suite with a 160*200 double bed as well as a bathroom with shower and WC. We provide you with emergency products (rice, pasta) and you have access to a fully equipped kitchen (electric hob, Nespresso, microwave, etc.). Sheets and towels are included. Free fiber WIFI available. You will find a guide in the apartment with all the information you need for an excellent stay (WIFI code, instructions, recommended restaurants, etc.). Entry to the premises is 100% autonomous from 3 p.m. via a key box. Checkout is scheduled until 11 a.m. maximum.
