This pretty, very functional 35m² duplex is located on the 3rd floor without elevator of a very secure building (electric gate + building door locked with code). Equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with HD TV and WIFI, a modern bathroom with shower and a mezzanine area with two 140*190 double beds, as well as a private garage a few minutes away walk from the apartment (very practical in an area where all parking is paid), this apartment is perfect for any business trip or to visit the city, being at the heart of transport. It is also equipped with a mobile air conditioning (note, more limited efficiency in the event of a heatwave or temperatures above 30°). WIFI available, sheets and towels are included. Courtesy items are available (pasta, rice), as well as a Traveler's Guide which will give you all the information about the apartment (wifi code, instructions) and good addresses in Lyon. Entry into the premises is 100% autonomous from 3 p.m. via a connected lock. Checkout is scheduled until 11 a.m. maximum on the day of your departure. Any breach of these rules during the stay will result in a financial sanction. IMPORTANT: during events with a high risk of wild parties and damage (New Year's Eve, Halloween, National Day, etc.), an exceptional bank card deposit of €500 will be required before the start of the stay (Airbnb platform included).
