All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...). The flatshare can be found in the "Bellecour Presqu'île" neighborhood, in the centre of Lyon. Several shops, restaurants, public transports are at your disposal close by. The apartment is on floor #4 . It is ready-to-live-in and is composed of a large kitchen with refrigerator, kitchen ustensils, microwave, pans, kettle, toaster, crockery... It also has a clothes rack, an iron, an ironing board, a washing machine. Additionally, you will find cleaning items in the flatshare: mop and bucket, bagless hoover, broom, dustpan and brush... Every furnished flatshare includes all bills: housing insurance, unlimited wi-fi, household waste tax, condominium fees, water, electricity. All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...) by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance. Ideally situated in the city centre (2nd arrondissement) at the heart of the Presqu'île, you can find many shops, restaurants, terraces and beautiful fountains on the longest pedestrianised streets in Lyon such as République and Victor Hugo. The stunning Célestins theatre takes centre stage in its recently renovated public square.
