Amenities: elevator, washing machine, dishwasher, guardian Monday through Friday. House rules: family guests only for short periods. No smoking allowed. No pets allowed. No parties or loud music after 9 p.m. and until 8 a.m.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Pre check-in cancellation

60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
