50 The Area This elegant two-room apartment in the Affori area, is located a few metro stops from the famous and Piazza Duomo. Near the apartment there are several parks, such as Villa Litta Park, which houses the royal Villa Litta Modignani. The neighborhood is rich with several supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The dining area has a white table with four seats and an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with all the major appliances, such as refrigerator, oven and coffee maker. Adjacent to the kitchen is an island with two stools. The first terrace, accessible through the livingroom, consists of a large outdoor wardrobe and a wooden table with four seats. Bedroom and bathroom The bedroom includes a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe with a mirror. Furthermore, the room is embellished with pretty paintings and lamps. The room is illuminated all day by a large window, which leads to the second terrace. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower box and all the necessary bathroom units such as a mirror and washing machine. HOUSE RULES Our prices include Residence Service with assistance and include: VAT10%, utilities (electricity and gas up to a maximum daily amount), check-in assisted by (hidden) Staff, internet Wi-fi. In order to properly register the contract, the payment of a stamp duty (equal to 32€) and a registration tax (equal to 2% of the rent with a minimum of 67€) will be needed - only half of this amount will be paid by the guest. There are exemptions in case of application of the tax withholding (cedolare secca) fiscal regime. During the check-in you must show the Italian Tax Identification Number, in addition to your Passport and Identity Card. If you don't have it, you can ask for it at the nearest Italian Revenue Agency or your diplomatic offices in Italy (more information: (hidden)). Security deposit We remind you that on arrival day will be required a security deposit, must be done with credit card, which will be refunded within 72 working hours from day of departure. Check-in time The standard check-in is between 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Late check-in from 9 p.m. to 12 a.m. - 30€. Final Cleaning Service You may have to pay a fine starting from €30 if you do not follow these rules: leave the apartment (i.e. floor, furniture, etc.) in good conditions; leave the kitchen clean (hob with no meal leftovers and/or dishes and tableware to wash); dispose of trash properly.
