It has a double bedroom, a lounge with a sofa bed, a nice bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. All comfort and facilities are there to make you feel at ease and home : - Check-in is possible from Monday to Friday from 9 to 10. Check-in after 19, during the weekends Saturday and Sunday or national bank holidays, are possible only after our confirmation and paying an extra fee. - We work with biweekly contracts, this means that the contract needs to start and end either the 1st or the 15th of each month. This property located in Via Primaticcio, Milan, a very nice neighborhood in the city center of Milan.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Pre check-in cancellation

60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
