Bi-exposed apartment on two levels, located in No.Lo, metro stop: MM Rovereto, very close to central station and very convenient to urban services (supermarkets, gyms, etc.). Interior spaces are well separated with two bathrooms available, fully equipped kitchen, video intercom, balcony with skyline view of Milan, air conditioning system, 2 smartworking stations. Ideal for companies with employees with transitional periods of working abroad, or for foreign students who need separate areas for study needs. Weekly cleaning service included in the reservation. Local legislation requires approval of transitory lease agreement. It is mandatory. Each tenant must submit a certificate issued by a third party stating the duration and reason for the temporary and transitory stay in Milan. For example: statement from the employer stating the period of the manager's stay in the city on behalf of the company. In the absence of this certification it is NOT possible to sign the transitional lease. Each tenant is declared for the garbage tax required by the City of Milan and must provide the required documentation, including the national tax code. It is the obligation of each tenant to indicate a guarantor to seal the transient lease contract. The duration of this contract can vary from one month over 28 nights to a maximum of 12 months, nonrenewable.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Pre check-in cancellation

60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
