The apartment consists of entrance to large living room, full kitchen with balcony, a double bedroom, two single bedrooms, one with balcony and two bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower. In less than 10 minutes walk you can reach the heart of the Navigli district with its most suggestive attractions, such as the Darsena and the Arch of Porta Ticinese. The nearest metro stop is Porta Genova FS (M2), from which you can reach the Duomo in 20 minutes on foot or 15 minutes by tram 2. Bus 73 departs from the Duomo and arrives every 15/20 minutes to Linate Airport. With the green metro (M2) in 14 minutes you can reach Centrale FS, where every hour the Malpensa Shuttle departs and arrives. The apartment is located in the heart of the Tortona Design District. During Fashion Week and Design Week, the district welcomes hundreds of thousands of Italian and foreign visitors. The boom of Italian creativity in fashion and design gave rise to the “Fuorisalone”, the mythical schedule of events and manifestations that animate the Tortona Zone during the week of the Salone Internazionale del Mobile. In the immediate vicinity is also the MUDEC (Museo Delle Cultures), a center dedicated to interdisciplinary research on the cultures of the world, where, starting from ethnographic collections and in collaboration with our communities, we intend to build a place of dialogue around contemporary themes through visual, performative and sound arts, design and costume. Monthly rates: • 3.500,00€ for monthly rent; • 300,00€ for building fees; • 300,00€ for utilities (heating, water, electricity, gas); Total of monthly cost: 4.100,00€. You will pay once (una tantum, upon contract signature) the following amounts: • 3.500€: security deposit (it will be refunded after check-out if everything is OK); • 350,00€ (VAT included) for the final cleaning; • 250,00€ (VAT included) customer care services (every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in presence. Linen is not included. IMPORTANT!!! Please remember that no later than 3 business days prior to the check-in date, you will need to send the landlord the required documents for the rental agreement and pay the first installment of extra costs not collected from Spacest.com (utilities, building fees, final cleaning service, admin fee). If the documents and payment are not submitted on time, your check-in date could be postponed. IMPORTANTE!!! Ricorda che entro e non oltre 3 giorni lavorativi prima della data di check-in dovrai inviare al proprietario i documenti richiesti per il contratto di affitto e pagare la prima rata di oneri accessori non riscossi da Spacest.com (utenze, spese condominiali, pulizia finale, admin fee). Se la documentazione e il pagamento non saranno inoltrati nei tempi richiesti, la tua data di check-in potrà essere posticipata.
