100 The house is located in Waldperlach (residential neighborhod) in southest of Munich nearby Neubiberg and Ottobrum. Although it seems to be far way from the city center, the house has a bus stop in the door and the Bus 55 come every 5 or 10 minutes during working day depending on the time of the day. It make the connection with U-Bahn (U5) quise easy and quick. There are restaurants, supermaket, backery and drugstore in a walking distance (average 400 meters). There are two squares and a mid size florest nearby, where you can walk, run or biking every day. There are 4 sleeping rooms available for this WG. One is occupied by my son in (hidden)ment with a private bathroom who is in an university and is 25 years old, a second room (for single only) is already reserved and will be occupied by my son friend who is also in the university and is 23 years old. A third room is occupied by a Italian professional of 32 years old. The remaining room available is as follow: room 4: share the bathroom with the friend of my son, has a big wardrobe, a double bed and ideally accomodate one single person. (under consulting and further agreement we can consider a couple without child). The house still have a kitchen, a living room and a laundry fully equipped and a small garten with space for barbecue.
