Charming apartment with balcony, small terrace and frescoed ceiling, located on the second floor of a historic building with an elevator. The recently renovated accommodation is very bright and cozy. It consists of a living area surmounted by a fine wooden ceiling, and furnished with dining table, sofa, TV, access to the balcony and open kitchen equipped with microwave and kettle. From here there is access to a space with a queen-size bed located in the loft above. A corridor then leads to a second room with a queen-size bed and a loft where there is an additional single bed. Finally, a bathroom with shower and a small terrace with two comfortable armchairs complete the layout of the apartment. Guests will enjoy amenities such as Wi-Fi connection, washing machine, iron, air conditioning in the living room and heating. *Please note that, for the 3rd and 4th person, an extra fee of 300€ per person per month applies. Palermo, among the most beautiful art cities in the country and the capital of Sicily, offers the wonder of UNESCO heritage sites that can be visited in the city's four historic districts. In this regard, tourists can take part in the "Baroque itinerary of Palermo" to visit the main monuments of the city, such as: the Church of the Holy Savior, Church Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception. The city also offers the opportunity to take part in the "Tour of Palermo's Historic Markets," which will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo, where lunch or snack it may be, at the Palermo market, dishes are to be "strictly" tasted with the sole help of the hands!
