A washing machine, iron, ironing board, and clothes dryer are also placed in the apartment to aid you in your vacation chores.The apartment’s sole bedroom is situated right next to the living room. With red walls and elegant gold accents, it is composed of a queen-size bed, two armchairs, and built-in cabinets.The bathroom is elegantly designed, as well, as it has wooden sink counters, numerous mirrors, and pin lights. It is fully-equipped with a toilet, a sink, and a bathtub with a detachable shower head for your convenience.We only accept one-month bookings during the summer months. From January to March, we only accept reservations for a minimum of 6 months.Once the booking is confirmed, you have 48 hours to send the owner the following documents: Copy of passport, proof of address, reason for stay, proof of this reason for stay, a Garantme eligibility certificate.
