Details

The management fee is equal to 300 euros per month. The fee includes maintenance, assistance, contract stipulation and registration, and mandatory cleaning every two weeks with cleaning of floors and surfaces and change of sheets and towels. It does not include washing of dishes. Please note that the final cleaning fee amounts to 150 euros as described in the rental conditions section. Please note that an Italian tax code is required to conclude the contract and to rent this apartment.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Pre check-in cancellation

60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
