Guests are required to provide the following documents: -Passport or ID Card copy -Admission letter from your German University -German Visa / Residence Permit -Your current residential address and phone number -Last three Income Statements from you or your guarantor (parents), sealed and signed by your employer (in German or English language) -If income statement is from your guarantor: Passport Copy or ID Card of your guarantor

CANCELLATION TERMS

Pre check-in cancellation

  • 60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
  • Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
  • Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

  • The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
  • If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
