The BELLISENS CAMPUS is the only one in Reus, with the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, the Faculty of Business and Economics and the Faculty of Architecture. Check the faculty in which you will study. Rooms available in a recently renovated apartment with a lift. Exterior room FOR SINGLE USE, equipped with a 135 cm bed, a storage bed (for additional storage space), a 3-door and 2-drawer wardrobe, a shoe rack, a desk with an adjustable lamp, an ergonomic office chair, a bedside table with a table lamp, a mirror, a fan for summer and heater for winter. Optional: brand new pillow, sheets, duvet and duvet cover, plaid and cushions, towels and hangers (not necessarily those that appear in the photos, they could be others). The apartment has a large kitchen with 2 refrigerators, a ceramic stove, an oven, a microwave, a Nespresso-compatible capsule coffee machine, and all the necessary tableware, cutlery, pots,... You will have your own private space assigned to each room where you can store your food. The apartment has an electronic lock that allows access with a mobile phone or with a pin code on a keyboard. All rooms have a lock with a key, for greater privacy and security. An additional fee of 40€ is requested for bills (water, electricity, Wi-Fi).
