The price asked includes building cost, but is related to medium/long term rent: it is therefore applicable to rents of at least 6 months. Shorter periods will cost a little more, yet feel free to ask. Please acknowledge this is a no-smoking apartment and a fine of € 100 will be retained from the deposit should the apartment smell like smoke at the time of your check out. Standard final cleaning is included in your rental.
