PROPERTY NAME The property is named after the discovery in 1553 of a 3-meter-tall statue of Pompeo Magno in the cellar below. The statue, dating back to the first half of the 1st century A.C., is now located at Palace Capodiferro, in the square of the same name, 500 meters away. LOCATION The flat is located a few meters from Piazza Pasquino (the statue in the picture after the Pompeo Magno picture) and within hundreds of meters from Piazza Navona and Campo dei Fiori. 1. BOOKING PROCESS: - if for some reason you are not allowed to select the wished dates, that is not a bug in the system, that simply means the wished dates are already booked and unavailable; - First month's rental payment made via HA (HousingAnywhere). Subsequent payments directly to the landlord. - A copy of your passport or ID is required after booking and before check-in; 5. PRICING: - Price is set for a minimum of 30-day stay. - Adjusted pricing for stays of 7 or 10 days, inquire for details. Cost will be more than 7/30 or 10/30 of 1 month rent. If you want to know how much, ask before your booking. The prices can range from €120/€ 150 per day, depending on the season and lenght of the stay - Electricity fee includes an advance payment of €75 with additional charges for consumption beyond 150 Kwh per month. - Cleaning fee is a one-time payment of €50. - "Other" cost means admininistration cost to be paid to the administrator of the building (I don’t get it). - If you want to know how much you will pay in total (including utilities), you will see on the right of the main page the button "view what you will pay"; push it and you will discover it. 6. DEPOSIT: - €1000 deposit required to ensure proper use of apartment furniture. - Fully refunded by bank transfer after check-out after inspection. 7.
