Please note that the maximum stay is equal to 2 months! In the heart of Trastevere, one of the oldest and most characteristic areas of Rome, the apartment is located by Piazza della Scala. The flat is at the second floor, accessible via lift, and thanks to its SW exposure and 4m tall original ceilings, is very bright. The main bedroom includes a double bed and a en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a single bed and its own bathroom. The living area is bright and has a kitchen corner. There are two mezzanines in the flat, in the living room and in the second bedroom. Plenty of space. Fiber WiFi, 53" smart TV, AC, Washing Machine, Dish Washer.

Pre check-in cancellation

60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
