Furnished as seen in the photo's at the moment there is no bed, but can be brought in or you can provide one yourself if preffered. LOCATION This accommodation is located close to the Erasmus University! Or if you want to really experience the Dutch way of living: 6 min by bike. Different shops are conveniently located 1 min walking distance. You will be living in a calm and quiet area, with lots of directions to go. We are looking forward to giving you the opportunity to explore the many great spots you want to see during your stay. All university campuses easily reachable by bike and public transport. FACILITIES - studio is furnished - WiFi included - own kitchenette with fridge/freezer - own Bathroom with shower - Toilet shared with one other person - Registration at the town hall is possible - Public parking in front of the house (payed) If you are looking for a special place close to the university -- this one is for you! Conditions: REGISTRATION POSSIBLE!!! - 1 person - You only pay the days you are in the apartment - one time 800 service costs charged – No pets allowed; – Rent needs to be paid in advance before the start of the month, 27th of every month; Deliver after booking: 1 .Copy of passport 2. Copy of 3 recent payslips and a copy employment contract or a proof of student status – There will be no explanations given regarding the selection process. You will pay a standard rent. This means that all the charges for electricity, water, heating, service, furniture and decoration are included. But we strongly encourage you to have household insurance and taxes have not been included in your rent. There is no parking space reserved for guests of this building. You can park your car on campus. This is a paid service. Please check the inventory list for a complete overview of the provided items. Please note: our kitchens are standardly equipped with a few basic kitchen appliances, such as a refrigerator. However, we do not provide other kitchen utilities such as pans, cutlery and dishes. We recommend and encourage you to purchase kitchen inventory for yourself. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
