It has 1 kitchen (ground floor), with dining area (ground floor). 3 showers (-1), and 3 toilets arranged over the several floors. 10 rooms in total (From #2 until #11). 1st floor: rooms #2, 3 and 4 The house is located closeby the city center and has all means of transportation nearby (bus and tram right at the corner of the street, metro station “Botanique" 1 block away, and train station “North station” just a few minutes away by foot). There are plenty of convience stores, supermarkets, bars, local shops etc. in the neighborhood. Room #3: Double room, view both on street, €730/month (€365/person if rented as a double room) All rooms are furnished (single bed, desk, chair, lamp and wardrobe), all costs (water, electricity, gas) are included in the rent, internet (cabled) is provided for free. Cleaning person for common areas only once a week, concierge, secured with cameras, handyman if necessary. All rooms also have an individual sink in the room themselves.
