There are plenty of convience stores, supermarkets, bars, local shops etc. in the neighborhood. Room #5: Double room, view both on courtyard and street, €790/month (€395/person if rented as a double room) All rooms are furnished (single bed, desk, chair, lamp and wardrobe), all costs (water, electricity, gas) are included in the rent, internet (cabled) is provided for free.
