This elegant apartment; ideal for corporate travelers, digital nomads, expats, and monthly rentals, has a 61sqm surface. The space is divided in: - 2 bedrooms - 1 bathroom The building has parking, intercom and an elevator. The flat is ideal for 4 people, nevertheless, this MintyStay apartment can host up to 5 guests, including its sofa-bed. Main bedroom has a double bed & an ensuite bathroom with shower plate, the other bedroom has two individual beds. Regarding toiletries, and as per hotel industry standards, you will find soap, gel & shampoo for you first stayover night. The house has an independent kitchen, which is fully equipped with every needed home appliances (fridge, oven, microwaves, dishwasher and vitroceramic), cookware and kitchen utensils for cooking and, most important, enjoying doing it. The flat also has: working desk, american coffee maker, toaster, hair dryer, bed linen, two towels per guest and iron. Furthermore, you will also find a washing machine. You also will have a space which can be used as dining rooms or living room, with all necessary material to feel just like at home. The living room has a sofa with three seats and flatscreen TV. There is a central heating system installed to make sure you never get cold in winter days. As for the summer, you will have a duct system AC equipment . WiFi connection is also installed. We make sure everything is well prepared for a perfect stay. Supply expenses, WiFi, water, electricity & heating, are covered by your accommodation as long as it does not exceed 125€/month. San Bernardo neighborhood is located just a few meters from the center. Full of stories (although full of tranquility), the local life atmosphere is articulated through San Bernardo street, historically known as "Calle Ancha" (the wide street). Known as the bullfighters' neighborhood, due to the number of great figures who grew up here, it is an ideal place to enjoy Seville's Easter Week, especially on Holy Wednesday, when its brotherhood procession takes place. In this neighborhood you can find the artillery factory, the Buhaira gardens or the San Bernardo bridge, among others. However, it is famous for the San Bernardo Church, which mixes baroque and neoclassical styles. In the apartment surroundings there is not only palaces, mansions or flowery patios; but also supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacies & banks.
