Para este piso buscamos personas respetuosas, ordenadas y limpias. Es muy importante que se cuide el apartamento y se tenga buena relación con los vecinos. Están totalmente prohibidas las fiestas en el apartamento Aparte de la renta se paga una cuota fija de 30 Euros que incluye parte de la comunidad y el wifi.
