We would like to rent a room(approximately 15m2)in our apartment on the 8th floor. The building is located next to the most popular park called rådsparken in huddinge. It takes about 12 to walk to the commuter train station. One can catch bus, stoppage is 300m away, one stop to train. By commuter train it takes around 15 minutes to the city centre. Closest metro rail is about 10 minutes by bus. Huddinge is surrounded by nature. We have local swimming hall about 400m from the building. Best place for cycling should anyone choose to. Rent is 4500kr. Internet and electricity included. Room itself is furnished with 140x200cm bed and other essentials. Shared bathroom with toilet. Shared kitchen with two combi refrigerator and one freezer. Newly renovated apartment, neat and clean. Common laundry in (hidden)ment,free of charge, all you need is the detergent, and a booking. Now the fun fact: we are a South Asian family of four with two young kids. Very easy going. We eat mostly vegetarian foods including fish and chicken. We do not consume any red meat or pork products. If you wish to move in please kindly keep that in mind. Sorry. Otherwise it's all good. Mother and kids practice music at home. Not that loud. Shouldn't be an issue. Room is available from now.
