Rooms for Rent in a Semi-Detached House in Ella Gård, Täby We currently live abroad and are therefore renting out two separate, furnished, and lockable bedrooms in our semi-detached house on Mantalsvägen in Ella Gård, Täby. Tenants will have access to all shared areas (approximately 75 sqm including entrance, kitchen, bathroom, guest toilet, laundry room and storage areas). Additionally, tenants have access to garden areas with outdoor furniture and the possibility for gardening. Tenants are collectively responsible for light cleaning and regular maintenance of the shared areas. The area is quiet and safe, with proximity to jogging paths and green spaces. It is approximately 100 meters to the nearest bus stop and there are buses running every 10 minutes to the subway at Mörby Centrum and Danderyds Sjukhus.
