Per essere accettati, gli inquilini devono concordare con la firma di una fideiussione a titolo di garanzia. L'appartamento è comodo per raggiungere tutti i siti universitari della città, in un edificio dei primi del 1900, al secondo piano senza ascensore. I pernottamenti occasionali sono ammessi gratuitamente per una sola notte per ogni notte successiva alla prima verranno addebitati 25 euro a persona, il numero massimo di ospiti consentito è 3. L'alloggio appena ristrutturato è composto da ingresso, disimpegno, bagno con doccia, lavatrice e doccia a pavimento. Soggiorno con cucina completamente attrezzata, soggiorno finestrato, camera da letto con balcone. Il letto 140x200 cm è a doghe e nella camera da letto c'è un pouf trasformabile in letto singolo. Nel soggiorno il comodo divano letto 140x190 può ospitare altre due persone. L'appartamento è dotato di wi-fi con uso laptop, aria condizionata in entrambe le camere e inverter per il riscaldamento, TV digitale terrestre, lenzuola, coperte, piumini, asciugamani, sapone, shampoo, prodotti da bagno, piano cottura a induzione, frigorifero, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie, tostapane, caffettiera, ferro e asse da stiro, stendibiancheria.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Pre check-in cancellation

60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
