Housekeeper comes once a week to clean the common areas. Good wifi connection. Located in the trendy Altitude 100 neighborhood, surrounded with cute restaurants, sports halls, small shops, parcs and all kinds of supermarkets. Close to Saint-Gilles with its lively center, Uccle Centre, Vanderkindere, Forest, etc. Public transports : public bike rental station, tram 18, busses 37, 48, N11 right next to the house. Trams 3,4, 7, 92 at 8mn walk. Monthly price with all bills included (even wifi and cleaning of common areas) : 800€ We are looking for a caring person, willing to live in a real house-share for a short while and respect the basic rules of the house.
