The agency fee includes maintenance service, contract service etc. Patraix is a neighbourhood located in the west-central area of Valencia, Spain. It is 20 by walk from the city centre. Getting to the Patraix neighborhood is very easy, as it has various means such as the bus or the metro. In the case of the metro, you can get off at both the Jesús and Patraix stops; and in the case of the bus you can choose between the various lines available, among which are 9, 10, 11, 27, 71. However, it is not necessary to use any type of public transport, since from the North Station you can walk to the Plaza de Patraix in less than 25 minutes and to Jesús in around twenty.
