We have over 4 years of experience in the room rental market in the beautiful city of Valencia, Spain. We are proud to offer you not only a central location, but also a place that reflects your lifestyle and needs. Our 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom apartment is located in one of the best neighborhoods in the city, in the heart of Ruzafa (a trendy and always active neighborhood), very well connected by metro and bus to the rest of the city, and direct lines to the beach and the port of Valencia less than 5 minutes walking distance. It is a real gem waiting to be discovered by people like you - young adventurers/students coming to enjoy our beautiful city. We offer you a 'ready to move in' room, we provide a complete space with all the basic needs (and more) covered: double bed, bed linen, towels, spacious closets for your belongings and study/work area. Terms of rental: The rent includes ALL housing expenses up to a maximum of 50€ per bill: any bill above this amount, the excess will be divided among all tenants. There is a mandatory weekly cleaning service: the cost of the cleaning is divided between the owner and the tenants, 2 cleanings per month will be paid by the tenants in equal parts (each cleaning is 24€). For us, tenant service is our top priority - we have an automated management system that allows us to offer a fast and efficient service through our professional team. If something needs to be fixed, it will be fixed in the blink of an eye. Don't wait any longer and get in touch with us: we are your home away from home!
