Common areas are beautiful, with a living room and a big kitchen. The kitchen is also equipped with: - Ceramic hob - Refrigerator - Oven - Washing machine - Tableware EXPENSES: The rental price includes internet and a weekly cleaning of the common areas. The costs of utilities are as follows: -Water: 10€/month -Electricity: 25€/month, if any month the consumption is more than 25€, the difference will be paid separately. In this case, the expenses are shared equal parts between the tenants. CLEANING SERVICE: We offer for free a cleaning service once per week of common areas. It's a tenant rensponsibility to keep the flat clean, tidy and in good conditions. Our cleaning service is mainly to help you with the cleaning, but it's important to keep everything clean. The cleaning products must be provided by the tenants. You can find a list of the cleaning products needed at the apartment.
