Subletting or assignment of the contract is prohibited without written consent. 3.Restrictions:The tenant agrees not to engage in illegal or disruptive activities on the (hidden) rules must be respected. 4. Payment: The rent is payable in advance, as indicated in the booking details and through the (hidden) platform. 5. Maintenance and Condition: The property is handed over in good condition. At the end of the stay, the tenant must return it in the same condition, except for normal wear and tear. Any damage must be repaired by the tenant. 6. Termination: Upon expiry of the contract, the tenant must vacate the property. Delays in vacating will incur a penalty equal to double the daily proportional rent. 7. Data Protection: The personal data provided will be managed according to the applicable legal requirements for the fulfilment of the contract.
