We have over 4 years of experience in the room rental market in the beautiful city of Valencia, Spain. 🇪🇸 We understand that choosing your accommodation is more than just finding a place to rest; it’s your refuge and will be your new home during your stay. 🏠 We take pride not only in offering you a central location but also in providing a space that reflects your lifestyle and needs. 🌆 Our apartment has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 1 shared terrace. It is located in one of the best neighborhoods in the city, just 5 minutes walking to Av. Francia and 10 minutes walking from the City of Arts and Sciences, AquaMall, El Corte Inglés, etc. It is very well connected to public transport and the closest and most central bus lines: 92, 4, 19, 94... it is a real gem waiting to be discovered by people like you - young adventurers/students who come to enjoy our beautiful city. We offer a ‘ready-to-move-in’ room 🛌, providing a complete space with all basic (and more) needs covered: double bed, bedding, towels, bathrobe, spacious wardrobes for your belongings, and a study/work area. 📚🧳 Contract conditions: The rent includes ALL housing expenses up to a maximum of 60€ per bill: any bill above this amount, the excess will be divided among all tenants. There is a mandatory weekly cleaning service: the cost of the cleaning is divided between the tenants, 4 cleanings per month will be paid by the tenants in equal parts (each cleaning is 24 € WEEKLY). There is also an administrative fee of €80 that is paid ONCE at the time of Move-In. For us, tenant service is our top priority—we have an automated management system that allows us to provide quick and efficient service through our professional team. 👨‍🔧👩‍🔧 If something needs to be repaired, it will be fixed in no time.
