Our modern, comfortable and bright apartment perfect for 5 people is located in the historic center of Venice and boasts a privileged position and a spectacular view of Rio Novo. It is in fact close to the Papadopoli Gardens, the Santa Lucia station and Piazzale Roma and in a short time you can easily reach the various places of interest such as the Rialto Bridge, Accademia and its museums, Piazza San Marco and the famous Palazzo Ducale! This modern and spacious 75 sq.mt apartment is located on the first floor of a restored period building that does not have a lift. The district also called the sestiere is called Santa Croce, very close you can find the famous church of the Frari, the delightful Campo San Giacomo and the important school of San Giovanni Evangelista and school of San Rocco. At the same time you can easily reach from your accommodation Campo Santa Margherita, Rialto because the location is strategic. The apartment has a large living room with a sitting area and a sofa bed, a comfortable open kitchen with dining area, fully equipped with fridge, freezer, stove, oven and microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, moka coffee maker and kitchen utensils, two nice bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other with two single beds (which can be joined into a queen bed), two bathrooms both with shower cabin, bidet and hairdryer. All the furniture is extremely refined and finished in the details, you will feel just like you were at home! Our guests will also have unlimited WiFi, air conditioning (3 split), TV, crib for infants upon request, washing machine and central heating. Guests must show ID documents upon arrival. The tourist tax is not included in the price, you have to pay it in cash upon arrival. It's €3 per person per day for the first 5 days. Children 0-9 years are exempt, children 10-16 years have a reduction on the tax of 50%. Please kindly note we always need to know in advance your arrival time. Check-in after 8 p.m. are available with the following extra costs: from 8pm till 10 pm >> 40€ from 10pm till midnight>> 60€ Our apartment welcomes you in the Santa Croce district, one of the most beautiful and elegant areas of Venice with many characteristic places where you can enjoy an authentic Venetian atmosphere. The proximity to the train station and Piazzale Roma guarantees a very comfortable solution for your holidays. In a few minutes on foot you can reach these two strategic points, while for churches, monuments and interesting places from the historical, artistic and cultural point of view you will be spoiled of choice. Thinking of a better location in Venice is almost impossible! The apartment is located exactly a stone's throw from the train station, which can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes even with lots of luggage. Venice can be easily visited on foot but if you want you can take the vaporetto and reach the various parts of the city. The vaporetto nearest to us is that of the station or of Riva di Biasio. The accommodation is close to the train station, to Piazzale Roma (bus station and car park), and to the vaporetto stop (Riva di Biasio), a supermarket is within walking distance, pizzeria and restaurants are all nearby. If you arrive from the airport there is a direct connection by bus or taxi or Alilaguna (motorboat) to Piazzale Roma. If you arrive by car, park at Tronchetto and take the bus to Piazzale Roma. From the train station you can easily arrive to the apartment by walk!
