Male applicants are kindly requested to refrain from applying. - Applicants must introduce themselves and provide their nationality and occupation. Student applicants should specify who will pay for their stay in Vienna and/or provide proof of income. APARTMENT DETAILS - The apartment is quiet and conveniently located near a supermarket, train, and public transport (Rennweg Station). - Two more rooms in the same apartment are already rented to two girls. The apartment includes 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, and 1 dining room. - "Other" additional required costs include building administration and heating costs. All costs/utilities mentioned in this offer are intended for each roommate and must be paid monthly in advance. PAYMENT - Initial payment for the first month's rent is made via HA. Subsequent payments will be made directly to the owner. - Your deposit will be returned via bank transfer after departure and inspection of the studio.
